José María Araya has been with Araya Abogados since 1992, is a partner and has led the firm since 2009, bringing business vision and a commercial approach to every matter. He holds a law degree from the Universidad Católica de Córdoba (1994), where he is also a master's candidate in Project Management and a full professor of Private Law V (Corporations).

José María Araya (h) has been with Araya Abogados since 2020 and is a partner of the firm. He holds a law degree from the Universidad Católica de Córdoba (2024), where he is an assistant professor of Philosophy of Law, and a master's degree in Artificial Intelligence & Legaltech from the Universidad de Salamanca. His practice focuses on incorporating new technologies into business activity.

María Florencia Zarazaga has been with Araya Abogados since 2008, has been a partner since 2018, and leads the labor law practice. She holds a law degree from the Universidad Nacional de Córdoba (2013) and a master's degree in Law and Argumentation from the same university. She approaches each case with strong argumentation and a pragmatic judgment, aimed at finding the solution that best fits each client's situation.

Hugo Fabián Berruezo has been with Araya Abogados since 2025 and is an associate of the firm. He holds a law degree from the Universidad Católica de Córdoba (2025) and is a master's candidate in Business Law at the Universidad Austral. He takes on each matter with commitment to the client and dedication in his daily work.

Joaquín Alcayaga has been with Araya Abogados since 2008 and is an associate of the firm, where his practice focuses on delinquent receivables management. He holds a law degree from the Universidad Nacional de Córdoba (2014).
