José María Araya has been Partner and Director of Araya Abogados since 2009. He joined the firm in 1992 as an associate and has practiced law continuously ever since. He holds a law degree from Universidad Católica de Córdoba (1994) and is pursuing a Master's degree in Project Management at the same university. He is a tenured professor of Private Law V (Corporations) at UCC. He is known for his business acumen and commercial approach to every matter he handles.

José María Araya (h) joined Araya Abogados in 2020 as an associate and is now a partner of the firm. He holds a law degree from Universidad Católica de Córdoba (2024) and is pursuing a Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence & Legaltech at the Universidad de Salamanca. He is an adjunct professor of Philosophy of Law at UCC. His focus is on the adoption and integration of new technologies, and he is known for the depth with which he approaches each case.

María Florencia Zarazaga joined the firm in 2008 and currently serves as partner, leading the labor law practice. She holds a law degree from Universidad Nacional de Córdoba (2013) and a Master's degree in Law and Argumentation from the same university. She is known for her strong argumentative skills and pragmatic approach to resolving each case.

Hugo Fabián Berruezo is an associate at Araya Abogados, which he joined in 2025, the same year he graduated as a lawyer from Universidad Católica de Córdoba. He is pursuing a Master's degree in Business Law at Universidad Austral. His commitment to each client and to the firm is reflected in the dedication he brings to every matter under his charge.

Joaquín Alcayaga has been an associate at Araya Abogados since 2008, where his practice focuses on debt collection management. He holds a law degree from Universidad Nacional de Córdoba (2014).
